Online Ordering<\/p>\n<p>To complete your purchases, through the website www.yogurtnest.com, you need to register as a Customer by completing the form, available online. Once you have registered, simply enter all the items you wish to purchase in the virtual shopping basket. You should follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is completed successfully.<\/p>\n<p>The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer has understood and expressly accepts the present General Terms and Conditions, available for consultation on the website www.yogurtnest.com. The data, registered by YOGURTNEST, constitute proof of the sum of transactions completed between YOGURTNEST and the Client. It is the responsibility of YOGURTNEST to archive the contract is formalization electronic document and to keep it accessible.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.<\/p>\n<p>YOGURTNEST will, only, process an order placed by a Customer upon confirmation of payment. Therefore, YOGURTNEST cannot guarantee the availability of the item until the beginning of the aforesaid order processing.<\/p>\n<p>YOGURTNEST only dispatches on weekdays. The normal period of dispatch, for each of the Products, shall not exceed 6 (six) business days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If an order is shipped by mail, or carrier (TNT, DHL, or otherwise) and the Customer is not available to successfully receive it, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the event that an ordered product is not available, YOGURTNEST will contact the customer in case the delivery period or price of the article changes. In this case, the order processing will only continue after consent given by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>In case of absolute unavailability of the ordered Product, and impossibility of proposing a product of equivalent quality and price, or the Customer not having given its consent to the adjustment of the original order, YOGURTNEST will reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days after notice of cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>Any delay in the shipment of articles, regarding to the dates presented, does not grant the Client the right to any compensation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>11 &#8211; Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns<\/p>\n<p>The Customer may cancel his order at any moment, until it has been shipped, being entitled to the reimbursement of all the amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order, the Client may exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally established and designated below, namely, within the scope of Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 24\/2014 of February 14.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to pay the order within 4 (four) days after the date of purchase implies the automatic cancellation thereof.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the provisions of Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 7\/2004 of January 7 (with the changes conferred by Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 62\/2009, of March 10, and by Lei n.\u00ba 46\/2012, of August 29. YOGURTNEST reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, a malfunction of the YOGURTNEST computers, as well as the possibility that the contract proposal arrives corrupted at its destination, the error residing in an essential element of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>According to the applicable Law, YOGURTNEST consents on the exchange or return (contract resolution) of purchased products, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by the Client, devoid of monetary compensation and the need to state the reason.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the day: (i) in which the Customer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the goods or (ii) in which the Customer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good when the consumer has ordered several goods in a single order and the goods were delivered separately.<\/p>\n<p>In order to exercise his\/her right of free resolution, the Client shall communicate his\/her decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement addressed to one of the means of communication presented in Condition 1.<\/p>\n<p>For the resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the right to resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of contract resolution, the Customer will be reimbursed for all payments made, excluding any costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the day YOGURTNEST receives the returned products.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that was used by the Customer, in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed to by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>YOGURTNEST hereby informs that it may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods, or until the customer presents proof of delivery of the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p>The Client must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which YOGURTNEST was notified of the contract resolution, provided that it is complied with if the Customer returns the goods before 14 (fourteen) days.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to exchange products, you may contact the Yogurtnest.com Customer Support, which will provide you with all the information necessary for the exchange to be processed. In no case shall the Customer send the articles to YOGURTNEST without prior contact, since they will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>In the return and exchange of articles the Customer must respect the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Return the articles in the same condition as you received them, with full original packaging and accompanied by the respective cash receipt or original invoice;<\/li>\n<li>Perishable goods that are susceptible to deterioration, or that by their nature have shelf lives shorter than the deadline provided here for return of Products will not be accepted;<\/li>\n<li>YOGURTNEST will not accept any exchange or return of personalized articles, made according to Customer&#8217;s specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After contact with Customer Service and you being given the return instructions, you may send us the item, properly packed, with original packaging, for the address stated in Condition 1.<\/p>\n<p>All articles will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.<\/p>\n<p>It is the Customer\u2019s responsibility to support the costs of such return, namely the shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>YOGURTNEST does not recognize the right to contract resolution in the following situations:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Personalized Goods, made according to consumer specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or exceed its shelf life;<\/li>\n<li>Sealed goods which, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned open;<\/li>\n<li>Goods which, by nature, are inseparable from other articles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The following types of products are, straightaway, excluded from contract resolution:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Fresh products, baby food, food supplements, and any other foodstuff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>12 &#8211; Consumer Goods Warranty<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 67\/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 84\/2008, of May 21, all products sold on www.yogurtnest.com are covered by a warranty of conformity of the goods corresponding to a period of two (2) years.<\/p>\n<p>However, the application of the Consumer Goods Warranty should be adapted to the nature of the goods marketed by YOGURTNEST.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, products such as fresh foods, baby foods, food supplements, and any other foodstuffs (perishable goods of limited duration, such as yogurt starter) have, necessarily, shorter shelf lives that are not covered by the scope of Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 67\/2003, of April 8.<\/p>\n<p>If the purchased product proves to be defective, the Customer must notify YOGURTNEST, stating the order number and describing the malfunction. The costs of returning or collecting items, within the warranty period, will be borne by YOGURTNEST.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt, the defected product will be checked and, in the case of any failure of conformity, it will be replaced. In this case, YOGURTNEST will replace the Product and re-send it to the Customer&#8217;s address without any additional cost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>13 &#8211; Applicable Legislation<\/p>\n<p>All purchases made on the website www.yogurtnest.com are subject to Portuguese Law. style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 \u2013 Informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais e pol\u00edtica de privacidade<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O tratamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza pessoal enquadr\u00e1veis no \u00e2mbito da protec\u00e7\u00e3o de dados \u00e9 regido pela Pol\u00edtica de Privacidade da YOGURTNEST, devendo para esse efeito ser consultada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Utilizador n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 utilizar ferramentas de software para recolha de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza pessoal, nomeadamente, rob\u00f4s, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">crawlers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ou outros mecanismos autom\u00e1ticos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7 \u2013 Responsabilidades<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os Produtos comercializados no www.yogurtnest.com encontram-se em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o introduzir, armazenar ou difundir atrav\u00e9s do <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">website<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conte\u00fados difamat\u00f3rios, obscenos, injuriosos, xen\u00f3fobos e\/ou de qualquer outra \u00edndole que violem os princ\u00edpios gerais de direito e a ordem p\u00fablica;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: devidamente as encomendas;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A n\u00e3o testar e avaliar a vulnerabilidade do sistema e quebrar a seguran\u00e7a instalada.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encontra-se assim expressamente vedado ao Utilizador transmitir mensagens ou informa\u00e7\u00e3o injuriosa, enganosa, difamat\u00f3ria, obscena ou que viole, por qualquer forma, o direito \u00e0 intimidade ou \u00e0 propriedade intelectual ou industrial de terceiros, bem como a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer informa\u00e7\u00e3o que possa ser prejudicial para terceiros ou para o titular do <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">website<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A YOGURTNEST reserva-se o direito a eliminar a conta do Utilizador ou Cliente que concretize alguma destas O prazo normal de expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de cada Produto n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 exceder os 6 (seis) dias \u00fateis.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso a sua encomenda seja expedida pelos CTT, ou por uma transportadora (TNT, DHL, ou outra) e o Cliente n\u00e3o a possa receber no momento previsto para a respetiva entrega, quaisquer custos de envio adicionais ser\u00e3o da responsabilidade do Cliente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso se verifique indisponibilidade de qualquer Produto encomendado, a YOGURTNEST contactar\u00e1 o cliente caso o prazo de entrega ou o pre\u00e7o do artigo se altere sendo que a encomenda s\u00f3 prosseguir\u00e1 ap\u00f3s consentimento dado pelo Cliente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de indisponibilidade absoluta de stock do Produto encomendado, a YOGURTNEST poder\u00e1 propor ao Cliente o fornecimento de um Produto de qualidade e pre\u00e7o equivalentes, caso exista, sendo que, tamb\u00e9m neste caso, a encomenda s\u00f3 prosseguir\u00e1 ap\u00f3s consentimento dado pelo Cliente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de indisponibilidade absoluta de stock do produto encomendado, e n\u00e3o sendo poss\u00edvel propor ao Cliente qualquer produto de qualidade e pre\u00e7o equivalentes ou n\u00e3o tendo este dado o seu consentimento para a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da encomenda inicialmente efectuada, a YOGURTNEST proceder\u00e1 ao reembolso dos montantes pagos pelo Cliente, no prazo m\u00e1ximo 14 (catorze) dias ap\u00f3s a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do cancelamento.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualquer atraso verificado na expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de artigos, face \u00e0s datas de estimativa apresentadas, n\u00e3o confere ao Cliente direito a qualquer indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11 \u2013 Cancelamentos, Trocas e Devolu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Cliente poder\u00e1 cancelar a sua encomenda em qualquer momento at\u00e9 \u00e0 expedi\u00e7\u00e3o da mesma, com direito ao reembolso de todas as quantias pagas. A partir da recep\u00e7\u00e3o da encomenda pelo Cliente, este poder\u00e1 exercer o seu direito de livre resolu\u00e7\u00e3o nos termos legalmente previstos e abaixo indicados, nomeadamente, no Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 24\/2014, de 14 de Fevereiro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O n\u00e3o pagamento da encomenda no prazo de 4 (quatro) dias subsequentes \u00e0 data em que a mesma foi definitivamente efetuada implica o cancelamento autom\u00e1tico da mesma.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos termos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 7\/2004 de 7 de Janeiro (com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es conferidas pelo Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 62\/2009, de 10 de Mar\u00e7o e pela Lei n.\u00ba 46\/2012, de 29 de Agosto), relativa ao com\u00e9rcio electr\u00f3nico, a YOGURTNEST reserva-se o direito de cancelar unilateralmente a encomenda sempre que se verifique erro de programa\u00e7\u00e3o, defeito de funcionamento dos computadores da YOGURTNEST bem como no de a proposta contratual chegar deformada ao seu destino e o erro incidir sobre um elemento essencial do contrato.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel, a YOGURTNEST possibilita a troca ou devolu\u00e7\u00e3o (resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato) de artigos, no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 14 (catorze) dias a contar da data da sua recep\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Cliente, sem pagamento de indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o e sem necessidade de indicar o motivo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Cliente tem o direito de resolver o contrato sem incorrer em quaisquer custos no prazo de 14 (catorze) dias a contar do dia seguinte ao dia: (i) em que o Cliente ou um terceiro por si indicado, que n\u00e3o seja o transportador, adquire a posse do bem ou no caso (ii) em que o Cliente ou um terceiro por si indicado, que n\u00e3o seja o transportador, adquire a posse f\u00edsica do \u00faltimo bem quando o consumidor tenha encomendado v\u00e1rios bens numa \u00fanica encomenda e os bens sejam entregues separadamente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fim de exercer o seu direito de livre resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, o Cliente dever\u00e1 comunicar a sua decis\u00e3o de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato por meio de uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o inequ\u00edvoca dirigida para um dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o presentes na Condi\u00e7\u00e3o 1.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que o prazo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o seja respeitado, basta que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o referente ao exerc\u00edcio do direito livre de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o seja enviada antes do termo do prazo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, o Cliente ser\u00e1 reembolsado por todos os pagamentos efetuados, excluindo os eventuais custos da entrega, sem demora injustificada e, em qualquer caso, no m\u00e1ximo 14 (catorze) dias a contar ap\u00f3s o dia em que a YOGURTNEST receber os produtos devolvidos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os reembolsos ser\u00e3o realizados usando o mesmo meio de pagamento que foi usado pelo Cliente na transac\u00e7\u00e3o inicial, salvo acordo expresso em contr\u00e1rio da parte do mesmo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A YOGURTNEST desde j\u00e1 informa que poder\u00e1 reter o reembolso at\u00e9 ter recebido os bens devolvidos, ou at\u00e9 que o cliente apresente prova do envio dos bens, consoante o que ocorrer primeiro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Cliente deve devolver os bens, sem demora injustificada e o mais tardar 14 (catorze) dias a contar do dia em que informou a YOGURTNEST da livre resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato, considerando-se que o mesmo \u00e9 respeitado se o Cliente devolver os bens antes do termo desse prazo de 14 (catorze) dias.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso deseje proceder \u00e0 troca de artigos, o Cliente poder\u00e1 contactar o Apoio ao Cliente Yogurtnest.com, que lhe fornecer\u00e1 todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o processo de troca. O Cliente n\u00e3o dever\u00e1, em caso algum, enviar para a YOGURTNEST os artigos sem ter efectuado um contacto pr\u00e9vio pois os mesmos n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o recepcionados.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na devolu\u00e7\u00e3o e na troca de artigos o Cliente deve respeitar as seguintes condi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos em bom estado, com embalagem original completa e acompanhados do respectivo tal\u00e3o de caixa ou factura original;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o s\u00e3o aceites trocas ou devolu\u00e7\u00f5es de bens perec\u00edveis que sejam suscet\u00edveis de se deteriorarem pelo simples facto de se proceder a uma devolu\u00e7\u00e3o ou que pela sua natureza contenham prazos de validade inferiores ao prazo aqui previsto para devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Produtos;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o se aceitam trocas ou devolu\u00e7\u00f5es de artigos confeccionados de acordo com especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do Cliente ou manifestamente personalizados.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s contacto com Apoio ao Cliente e lhe serem dadas as indica\u00e7\u00f5es de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o, poder\u00e1 enviar-nos o artigo devidamente acondicionado, com embalagem original para a morada constante na Condi\u00e7\u00e3o 1.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os artigos ser\u00e3o verificados \u00e0 chegada ao nosso servi\u00e7o e s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o aceites para troca ou devolu\u00e7\u00e3o aqueles que respeitarem as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Cliente ter\u00e1 que suportar os custos com envios decorrentes de trocas ou devolu\u00e7\u00f5es de bens.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A YOGURTNEST n\u00e3o reconhece o direito \u00e0 livre resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato nas seguintes situa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fornecimento de bens confecionados de acordo com especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do consumidor ou manifestamente personalizados;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fornecimento de bens que, por natureza, n\u00e3o possam ser reenviados ou sejam suscet\u00edveis de se deteriorarem ou de ficarem rapidamente fora de prazo;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fornecimento de bens selados n\u00e3o suscet\u00edveis de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o, por motivos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade ou de higiene quando abertos ap\u00f3s a entrega;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fornecimento de bens que, ap\u00f3s a sua entrega e por natureza, fiquem inseparavelmente misturados com outros artigos.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ficam, desde j\u00e1, exclu\u00eddos do direito de livre de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o os seguintes tipos de produtos:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produtos Frescos, alimentos para beb\u00e9s, suplementos alimentares, e quaisquer outros bens aliment\u00edcios.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 \u2013 Garantia dos Bens de Consumo<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos termos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 67\/2003, de 8 de Abril, com altera\u00e7\u00f5es introduzidas pelo Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 84\/2008, de 21 de Maio, todos os produtos comercializados em<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogurtnest.com\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.yogurtnest.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est\u00e3o abrangidos por uma garantia de conformidade dos bens correspondente a um per\u00edodo de 2 (dois) anos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No entanto, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do regime da garantia de bens de consumo dever\u00e1 ser adaptada \u00e0 natureza dos bens comercializados pela YOGURTNEST.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assim, produtos tais como frescos, alimentos para beb\u00e9s, suplementos alimentares, e quaisquer outros bens aliment\u00edcios (bens perec\u00edveis com uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o limitada, como o iogurte), t\u00eam, necessariamente, prazos de validade inferiores que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o cobertos pelo regime presente no Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 67\/2003, de 8 de Abril.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso o produto adquirido apresente defeito, o Cliente dever\u00e1 comunicar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 YOGURTNEST, informando o n\u00famero da sua encomenda e a descri\u00e7\u00e3o do mau funcionamento. Os custos com a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o ou recolha de artigos dentro do per\u00edodo da garantia ser\u00e3o suportados pela YOGURTNEST.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s a recep\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es da YOGURTNEST ser\u00e1 feita a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o e, em caso comprovado de qualquer falta de conformidade, o artigo ser\u00e1 substitu\u00eddo. Neste caso, a YOGURTNEST proceder\u00e1 \u00e0 substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do Produto e far\u00e1 um novo envio para a morada do Cliente sem qualquer custo adicional.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13 \u2013 Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Aplic\u00e1vel<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todas as compras efectuadas no <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">website<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> www.yogurtnest.com encontram-se sujeitas \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o portuguesa.
