Dulse is sweet and iodized, with a slight taste of crustaceans.

Crunchy texture, can be eaten raw, in fish dishes, stews, soups and may also be used in bread dough.

When cooked with water, use whole or reduce to flakes, as a seasoning. To add to a recipe without water or use as a wrap, pre-soak in a bowl of water for 15 minutes and then discard the water.

Hydrated algae increase in volume about 5 times.

High in vitamin C, folic acid, manganese and iodine. May contain traces of crustaceans.

After opening the package, keep it in a dry, cool environment. The package may be re-sealed.
